As the Director, Brand Expression for Alaska Airlines, Shelley Williams is leading the efforts to refresh the brand of an 80 yr old company, including the implementation of guidelines and processes for improving consistency across all experience touchpoints. Previously, Shelley led a global brand refresh for Expedia as well as managed a large in-house design team for Disney Parks & Resorts Online. She’s a seasoned creative leader with over 15 years of experience in design & marketing across a variety of industries including entertainment, travel, and e-commerce.
